The company was restructured and renamed by Gansu Machinery & Equipment Imp.&Exp Corp which is state-owned enterprise. The predecessor of Gansu Machinery & Equipment Imp.&Exp Corp was CMEC GANSU, the company was founded in 1978, it was formerly under the CMEC, it is the combination of trade and industry technology of trading company.
